Dear Heart 🫀 is a workshop that has been in my heart for years. For a long time I have wanted to create a space in which we could let go of the year that passed and welcome the new year with an open heart and soulful intentions. I have been doing my own end of year rituals for a long time and I have always wanted to share them with a community of soulful people. This is the year I get to do it and I can't wait to share this journey with you. Date: Sunday 10th December, 12:30pm Time: 12pm-2pm 📍On Zoom What to expect 🎨 🧘🏼 ✍🏽 As the year comes to an end it's the perfect time to pause, reflect, and get clear with our intentions. More often than not we get to the last 2 months of the year with a busy mind. This will be a space for YOU. To pause, reflect and get clear and honour what your heart desires. Reflection and Gratitude: We will cultivate gratitude for the year that has passed through journaling and meditation. Reflecting on learnings and creating space for your clarity. 🎨 Watercolour art: We will create an illustration that reflects our heart's deepest desires as a reminder of what we have learnt in this journey and also what we want to manifest 🧘🏼 Meditation: I will share meditations that will help you connect with yourself. You'll get: -2 hours of connection to reflect, pause and set intentions -A booklet with journaling prompts and a guide for you to use during the workshop and in the future -The recording for you to watch later on -The workshop playlist to use during the meditation and for your future use too Whether you're looking to achieve personal growth, pause or simply want to start the new year with clarity and intention this workshop will be a space to feel held and supported while letting go, embracing the 2023 teachings and get the ground ready for the new year.
