Metamorphosis: A Journey of Inner Transformation This is a nourishing 2-hour creative workshop exploring the art of transformation from the inside out under the influence of the New Moon. Through guided visualization, we will dive into our inner landscape, gently uncovering the beliefs, stories, and patterns that shape our experience. Using reflective journaling, you'll have the opportunity to observe what is ready to be released, transformed, or embraced with greater awareness. Together, we'll create space to connect with our emotions, deepen self-understanding, and honor the natural cycles of change that unfold throughout our lives and do a Mindful painting session inspired by moths and butterflies which are powerful symbols of metamorphosis and becoming. Through creative expression, you'll bring your personal transformation to life on canvas, creating a meaningful visual reminder of your journey. No painting experience is necessary, just an open heart. What to expect: * Guided visualization and meditation * Reflective journaling prompts.
